Why partner

Why partners come to Code Europe.

The same people evaluate your tools and choose their next employer. Partners come for one outcome or several.

01 · Brand & awareness

Brand in front of the people who adopt tools.

Engineers, builders, and architects evaluate, adopt, and standardize on tools. Put your brand where they form those opinions: keynotes, expo activations, demo zones, and high-visibility touchpoints across both days.

02 · Recruiting & employer brand

Hire, and show the team behind the work.

Reach engineers and builders in a room they chose to be in. Every attendee who registers interest becomes a lead with full contact details. A booth, a stage slot, and a sponsored afterparty are how serious employers get into the consideration set.

03 · Pipeline & lead generation

Qualified, opted-in leads.

Booth scans, demo sign-ups, and workshop registrations become leads in your dashboard with contact data. Consent-clean and ready to follow up, from an audience with real influence over what their teams buy.

04 · Adoption by engineers

Get the product into engineers' hands.

Adoption starts where engineers try something themselves. A workshop, a demo stage with live QA, or a technical talk reviewed on merit puts your product in front of the people who recommend and standardize on it.

Audience by track

Who you reach, track by track.

Code Europe’s audience is working engineers and builders: AI and data engineers, platform engineers and SREs, backend and full-stack engineers, architects and tech leads. Each track is a population that evaluates and adopts tools and is hard to hire from. Cybersecurity runs across all three, see below.

TRACK 01

AI Engineering & Data

One of CEE's most competitive markets for both adoption and hiring. AI and ML tooling is being chosen now, and every major employer competes for this talent.

Subtracks

TRACK 02

Cloud, DevOps & Platform Engineering

One of the most in-demand role categories across CEE. Platform and cloud teams pick the tooling their org runs on, and the hiring pressure on this category is sustained.

TRACK 03

Software Architecture & Engineering Excellence

Architects, staff+ engineers, and tech leads are among the largest pools of experienced developers across CEE, the people who set architectural standards, and among the hardest to hire. Track 3 also covers modern language deep dives across Rust, Go, Java/Kotlin, and TypeScript.

Subtracks
  1. 3.1Distributed Systems & Architecture Patterns
  2. 3.2Modern Languages in Production
  3. 3.3Performance, Reliability & Quality at Scale
  4. 3.4Secure Coding & Application Security

Who attends

Software architects · Staff & principal engineers · Tech leads · Backend engineers · Performance engineers · QA & test-automation engineers · Engineering managers

Indicative - not a closed catalogue

+ CYBERSECURITY

Embedded across all three tracks.

No standalone security track in 2026. Security shows up where engineers and operators actually meet it. In Track 01: prompt injection · LLM output validation · agent safety · AI supply chain. In Track 02: zero trust · Kubernetes security · supply chain (SLSA, Sigstore) · secrets at scale. In Track 03: threat modeling · OWASP for modern stacks · secure-by-design · dependency security.

What partnership looks like

Two partner lines. Pick the surfaces that fit.

Product and developer-marketing teams put tools in engineers’ hands. Recruiting and employer-brand teams meet the people they want to hire. Same room, different goals.

Technology partnerships

For product, developer-marketing, and DevRel teams.

  • Demo stage with live QA. In the track where your buyers sit.
  • Hands-on workshop. Engineers use the product themselves.
  • Technical talk, merit-reviewed. Lives on YouTube after the event.
  • Opted-in product leads. Booth, demo, and workshop sign-ups, consent-clean.
Employer branding & recruiting

For talent and employer-brand teams.

  • Stage slot for a real technical story. Curated like a community talk.
  • Booth staffed by your engineers. Peers talk to peers.
  • Afterparty, lunch, and coffee-break moments. Where opinions form.
  • Co-branded campaign reach. Pre-event social, email, and content.
Partner tiers

Tiers for hiring, and for technology.

Two ladders, same structure. Switch between product and developer marketing, or recruiting and employer brand. Mix either with add-ons. Book a 20-min call to scope your package and get a quote.

Custom packages are common.Built around your hiring, brand, or product goals. Book a 20-min call to scope add-ons and get an exact quote.

FAQ

Hard questions, direct answers.

01How many hires do partners typically make?+
Hire outcomes depend on the partner's hiring funnel, role fit, and follow-up speed. We provide the access - closing the hire is the partner's process. Past partners with active in-house recruiting teams have reported multiple hires from a single edition; partners with passive booth presence have reported zero. Happy to walk through what works before you commit.
02We're a product company, not hiring. Is Code Europe for us?+
Yes. The same engineers who evaluate employers also evaluate, adopt, and standardize on tools. Technology partners use the same tiers as recruiters - optimized for product credibility, adoption, and opted-in pipeline instead of hires.
03How do we measure employer branding outcomes?+
Honestly: harder than measuring hires. Most partners track a combination of signals - lift in qualified inbound applications in the 60 days after the event, lift in Glassdoor or LinkedIn engagement metrics, and anecdotal evidence from candidates citing the event in interviews. We can share what past partners have measured and how. Companies needing a strict cost-per-hire model should weight Leading or Silver Partner toward the recruitment outcomes; companies investing in multi-year brand presence get the most from track-level positioning and the afterparty.
04Can we send our engineers to the booth instead of recruiters?+
Yes - and you should, at least for part of the day. The single highest-leverage employer-brand move at Code Europe is putting strong senior engineers at the booth alongside your recruiters. Attendees consistently report that talking to peers from a company changed their opinion of that company as an employer more than any other touchpoint.
05Can we run a demo or a workshop instead of a recruitment booth?+
Yes. Technology partners can take a demo stage slot with live QA or a hands-on workshop in the track where their buyers sit - alongside a booth or in place of one. The format is built for engineers to use the product in a working session.
06How do product leads work, and are they separate from recruitment data?+
Booth scans, demo sign-ups, and workshop registrations are opt-in, captured with consent at the point of collection, and land in your dashboard as product leads. They stay distinct from recruitment eCV access, so the two data streams remain separate and GDPR-clean.
07What's the real value of Day 1 online?+
Day 1 supports brand visibility at scale (live and on-demand reach across CEE). It does not replace Day 2 for recruitment outcomes. Plan your team's recruitment effort around Day 2 on-site in Warsaw.
08Can I get a custom package?+
Yes. Most mid-large corporates with specific recruitment or product targets build custom packages combining Leading or Silver Partner with two or three add-ons. Book a call to discuss.
09How is pricing structured?+
We don't publish exact tier prices because almost every deal involves a custom scope - recruitment or product goals, add-on mix, the size of your delegation. Book a 20-minute call and we'll send a written proposal within two working days. Slots close as they're filled - Leading Partner first.
10Do I have to give a talk?+
No. The entry-level Partner tier includes no lecture slot; Silver and Leading both include one. We curate stage content to keep audience trust - if your team doesn't have a strong technical story to tell, the entry-level Partner tier and a focused booth presence is the better spend.
11Can our talk be about our product?+
Talks are reviewed on technical merit - the same bar as community talks. "We built X and here is what we learned" gets accepted. A feature tour does not. That bar is why engineers stay in the room.
12What about cybersecurity?+
No standalone security track in 2026. Security shows up across all three tracks - AI security in Track 1, infrastructure security in Track 2, secure coding and threat modeling in Track 3. For companies hiring security-aware engineers, this format works as well or better than a dedicated track.
