Intentional Reliability
We'd all like it if our software just that bit more reliable -both as creators and as users. But actually making that happen is a maze of choices, hidden traps, obfuscated money flows, and technology decisions with plenty of unknown (and sometimes unknowable) consequences. In this talk, we discuss what the industry frameworks are for figuring out the right thing to do and doing it, with the aim that you can decide what you want to do with some knowledge of the tradeoffs. Or in other words - Intentional Reliability.
